I will try to have a silent practical lesson. Students will work independently with only their methods and time sheets in front of them. I will not give out any commands to direct or help them when they are unsure. Students will get 5 housepoints if they are succeeding. For any question ask they will loose a housepoint. Teachers will also act as pupils and ask them to come up with the LO's, progress measures, drills and development of lesson. To see if they structure it like we teach them or in their own unique style of delivery.
