I will allow The Soviets to have North Korea as long as they agree not to spread communism into South Korea and throughout the rest of Asia. If they do agree to this and go against our agreement they will be punished. If I find out that they have plans on turning other countries in Asia or South Korea to a communist government I will have no other choice but to declare war on them. I will have members that are involved in the UN to back me up on this because there was a mutual agreement between us and the Soviets. Iran has displayed parts of its new Russian-made air defense system during its Army Day celebrations. Pictures was released by the semi- official ISNA new agency that showed S-300 tubes and radar equipment during a military parade in southern Tehran. When asked, Iran insist that the system was necessary to defend itself. The US and Israel think otherwise. The controversial contract got the go ahead after last years deal to lift international sanctions on Iran.  The sanctions that six world powers led by the US agreed in July to lift the sanctions had Iran economy for years in exchange for limits on Tehran nuclear programme.  This effects the United States because Iran is known for nuclear warfare and fighting dirty. This could with the ISIS situation going on, If ISIS gets a hold of this, this could cause the United States to physically involved with Iran for not thinking this through.

 The conflict in this article is that Lindsey Graham is spending money on things that aren’t necessary to their country. The solution to this s very simple, the solution is to stop this conflict is to stop wasting money. Lindsey Graham is not using the money on the things necessary for their country. The facts show that the economic funds remained unobligated. This of course raised skepticism from experts who question Middle East strongmen's desires and abilities to build democratic institutions and free-market economies. Complicating matters, the US aid pipeline to Egypt is already backlogged with many hundreds of millions of dollars in unused support.

Critics of the Obama administration say military reluctance has left the United States weakened and openly defied by the likes of Russia and Syria. No, it hasn’t because America is stronger than perhaps in most points in its history. I think that Obama is very restrained and disciplined about the use force. "If you look back historically, the United States' greatest errors in its foreign policy have not been from an excessive use of restraint but from overreactions." I think he's thinking of Vietnam or Iraq, which get us into trouble and then weaken our credibility and our resolve.
