I need to do more with launches. Still working with students on being respectful to each other. The most common response I get when talking with them is "That's just how we are with each other." Launches weren't even in my daily vocabulary, but I am glad to say I have made sure to do one ever since. Also, the students have started saying them and creating them. It has created a nice classroom culture. Support chairs have been a blessing as well. Another thing that I've worked harder with is incorporating my vocabulary with the students instead of using words I assume they know. It has become part of the lesson to stop and figure out what the word means, and today it popped up in a lesson. I still need to be consistent with Good Things, and the kids are sure to tell me when I am lacking.
