"Elegance is the only beauty that never fades."

^{I wish to live a life that is both graceful and purposeful — to write words that linger in people’s hearts, to walk with kindness, and to continue learning endlessly. I dream of weaving together faith, literature, and love for knowledge, so that one day my small steps today will bloom into a life of meaning tomorrow.}

^{Usrah has been more than a class — it felt like a mirror, reminding me to see beyond myself. I learned how patience, teamwork, and faith weave together to create something beautiful. I carry these lessons like pearls strung along a thread, small but shining.}

My contribution was to explain the Hadith and Qur’anic quotes included in our poster during the presentation. I elaborated on how the Prophet ﷺ emphasised good character and manners, as well as how Allah commands us to uphold His rulings. This allowed me to connect the textual evidence to the main point of our poster: that Ahkam forms the foundation of what is wajib, haram, and sunnah, while Adab beautifies our actions and makes them more respectful.

• Rasul (Messengers) and Al-Anbiya (Prophets) are chosen by Allah to guide people.

• Muslims believe in all prophets, from Adam to Muhammad.

• Prophet Muhammad is the last prophet (Seal of the Prophets).

Belief in Qiyamah

• Qiyamah = Day of Judgment.

• The world will end, and everyone will be resurrected and judged for their actions.

• This belief reminds us to do good deeds and be responsible in life.

  
  

Belief in Qada’ and Qadar

• Qada’ & Qadar = Allah’s plan/destiny.

  
  

• Everything happens according to Allah’s will (good or bad).

• Four parts:

1.Allah knows everything.

2.Allah has written everything that will happen.

3.Allah’s will makes things happen.

4.Allah creates all actions.

• Even with Qadar, humans have freedom to make choices and are responsible for them

1. Towards Parents 👩‍👩‍👦

Always respect and obey them.

Speak kindly and never argue rudely.

Help them and show gratitude every day. 💖

2. Towards Neighbours 🏡

Be friendly and caring.

Avoid harming or disturbing them.

Share and help when needed. 🤝

3. As a Student 📚

Respect teachers and classmates.

Listen carefully and follow rules.

Always study diligently and be polite. ✏️

Hikmah is wisdom granted by Allah - guidance that shapes how we think, act, and respond to life with balance and humility.

I realized that Hikmah is not something we rush to obtain. It grows quietly - through reflection, patience, and sincere intention. When I slow down and listen, I notice Allah teaching me through small moments.

"He grants wisdom to whom He wills."

(Qur'an 2:269)

Acts of worship refine the heart, making it receptive to wisdom. Through Ibadah, we learn discipline, sincerity, and reliance on Allah.

I notice that when my Ibadah becomes more consistent, my decisions feel calmer and clearer. Worship doesn't just bring reward--it teaches me how to live.

"Indeed, in the remembrance of Allah do hearts find rest." (13:28)

Khusyu' begins before prayer - through wudu', intention, and mental readiness.

Preparing for prayer teaches me presence. When I slow down before Salah, I enter it with peace instead of haste.

"Successful indeed are the believers, those who humble themselves in prayer" (23:1-2)

Salah with Khusyu' brings tranquility to the soul.

It strengthens self-discipline, patience, and reliance on Allah.

I realised that prayer is not an escape from life, but a way to face it with calmness.

"Verily, in the remembrance of Allah do hearts find rest." (Qur'an 13:28)

Sawm = self-control + empathy.

Sawm teaches patience, gratitude, and self-restraint. Through fasting, I learned to control my desires and become more aware of other's struggles.

It refines both character and compassion.

"Fasting is a shield." (Hadith - Bukhari & Muslim)

Through Usrah 2, I learned that Islam is a path of inner refinement.

Each session reminded that faith is not only practiced, but lived - through discipline, reflection, and sincerity.

This journey strengthened my understanding of Ibadah as a source of peace and wisdom.

For future Usrah sessions, interactive reflections and real-life examples could enhance understanding.

Small group discussions may also help students relate lessons to daily life more meaningfully.

I chose to elaborate on the second point, emphasizing that the action of khusyu' acts as a shield against any misconducts, or in other words, forbidden doings and behaviours in Islam.
