Uro-Konsil: OP ist möglich. Komplikationen sind durchaus zu erwarten, aber ein kompletter Harnverhalt, der ansonsten zu befürchten wäre, ist auch nicht mit Lebensqualität für den Patienten verbunden – zumal er dann einen SPK lebenslang tragen müsste. 

Urinprobe bzw. Urinstatus zeigt keine Infektionszeichen. 
Blutuntersuchung auf PSA: negativ. 

Sono Prostata / Restharn (Blase): im Sono zeigt sich eine deutliche Verengung und Verhärtung am oberen Rand der Prostata. Der Urin staut sich in die Blase zurück und der Restharn wird mit ca. 100-120 ml beziffert. 

IPSS ergibt einen Score von 23 Punkten bzw. schwere Symptomatik. Schmerzmedikation Novaminsulfon mit 30 Tropfen und 4x / Tag ab 6.00 Uhr wurde als Bedarf bei Schmerzen > 4 NRS angesetzt. 
Reflexe / Körperliche Untersuchung: ohne Befund. 

Einfuhr: 1.950 ml, Ausfuhr 1.900 ml.
