<title>Read complete the chart and carry out the activities. Ruth’s routineWhen I go to bed, I usually brush my teeth at 8:00 o’clock after dinner, but sometimes I forget it and then I have to get up in the middle of the night to do so. Occasionally, when I&#39;m too lazy, I set up an alarm just for that. On the other hand, there is one thing I&#39;ll never be able to do, and it is washing my face before bed, because that always wakes me up. In the morning, I always wake up and immediately and take a shower, I usually put on shorts and a t-shirt, sometimes I wear a formal dress when I have to go to work. I often have eggs for breakfast, but always I must drink a delicious coffee. Activities: </title>

<title>The récipe Mute from Santander (Santander). Ingredients: 1 carrot3 garlic clovessalt to taste1 small onion2 wedges of long onionsWater1 pound shelled cob (yellow)1 pound of Creole potato4 sprigs of coriander1 pound pastusa potato1 pound of tripe 1 pound of green peas1/2 pound of yucca, chopped4 spinach leaves1/2 cup of short pasta1/2 cup of cooked chickpea1/4 pound pumpkin1/2 pound beef1 pound of beef leg1/2 pound green beans. Preparation: First of all, wash all the ingredients that we are going to use very well. We start by cutting into pieces and cook in the pressure cooker with a piece of long onion and a pinch of salt, for approximately 45 minutes until softened. We reserve the callus and discard the wáter. Immediately, in a pressure cooker, add water, a slice of onion, a pinch of salt, a clove of crushed garlic and the beef leg cut into pieces. Add enough water to it, until it covers the beef leg. Once the pot whistles, lower the temperature and after 30 minutes we uncover the pot and add our shelled yellow corn, we take the opportunity to check the tenderness of the leg, if it is still hard we return it to the pot and cover the pot again, we wait 10 more minutes. Reserve the corn, the leg and the broth in which it was cooked. Chop the long onion segment and the big-headed onion, chop and crush the remaining garlic cloves, dice the carrot, cut the spinach into pieces, cut the beef and pork into small pieces, peel the pastusa potato and cut into cubes, peel half of the Creole potato and cut it into small squares, wash the other half without peeling, cut the cassava and pumpkin into small pieces, wash the coriander branches and chop half finely.Place the pot where the Santanderean mute will be cooked. Choose a large pot and add enough water (take into account the amount of broth that results from cooking the beef leg), add the remaining onions, the garlic, a pinch of salt, the beef and pork, the branches of remaining cilantro. We put on a high heat and 20 minutes after boiling we add the pastusa potato, the Creole potato cut into small pieces, the cassava, the pumpkin, the carrot, the beans and the peas. Cook over high heat for about 20 minutes, lower the temperature and wait 15 more minutes. Mix everything. To the pot where we are preparing our Santanderean mute, we add the tripe, the leg, the shelled corn and the broth that remains from cooking the leg. Add the whole Creole legs, the short pasta and the cooked chickpea. Everything should boil for about 10 minutes so that the flavors mix and thicken. Finally add the spinach and wait a few minutes. Rectify the point of salt. And finally we proceed to serve the Santanderean mute soup in a deep plate or in large cups, adding chopped coriander on top. If you want you can chop onion and cilantro. </title>

<title>Read the following letter to my mom and complete the activities below. Dear Mom. I am really happy to write to you, last week I was in la Guajira, it is a magical place. I enjoyed every moment there. On Wednesday, I was landing in Riohacha’s airport at 1:00 pm, I had lunch there in Riohacha and I spent the whole day around. At 3:00 pm I was eating friche in the main park, it is delicious. Then around 3:30 pm I was walking around to know the place and buying some souvenirs, at almost 7:00 pm that day I was doing the check-in in the hotel, it is a wonderful hotel, with a swimming pool and excellent service. On Thursday I was waking up really early, I was very excited because I was going to travel to Cabo de la Vela, it is around 3 hours from Riohacha by bus. There in Cabo de la Vela, the landscapes are really beautiful, I stopped for a minute and I was drinking a delicious juice in a Rancheria in front of the sea. Then I continued walking and I stopped again in the Arcoiris beach, an amazing place full of sand colors and very calm. Finally, I went to Ojo del Agua beach, where I was enjoying of calm and crystal waters to swim, after that, I went to sleep in a Rancheria, it is a real and a marvelous experience. On Friday the last day of my traveling, I was visiting El Faro, the most tourist place in Cabo de la Vela and I was running because I also wanted to visit Punta Gallinas, before coming back and I did it. There in Punta Gallinas I was visiting The Taroa Dunes where is amazing to see the sand mountains and at the end of those mountains, there is the gorgeous sea. On Saturday I was coming back to Cali, were 3 amazing days full of moments and experiences very hard to forget. </title>
