1. How much of a difference do you notice setting up expectations in the hall before entering class?
2. How do you train the student leaders? How do you work up to that? How does August look?
3. How do you get the quiet voice included in the discussion? 4-5 kids lead the conversation in that class period.
4. How do you keep the simplicity and the pacing slow like that?
5. Do you notice different engagement when the content isn't as relatable to their real lives?
6. We noticed in the student groups, one kid sometimes dominant the whiteboard and wrote what they wanted without taking other opinions into account. Is there a Review360 you could do about shared leadership? Or taking opinions into account even when you are a leader?
7. How did you become such a strong, amazing teacher? <3
