Until the middle of the 20th century, Green Tea has been planted throughout the North and the Middle of Vietnam, from then on, Green Tea became a symbol of Vietnamese's everyday life.<br>Tea is made from leaves of the tea plant. People <strong>steep</strong> and <strong>boil</strong> the leaves in hot water for 15 minutes, and then a cup of tea is ready to be served. Not only its cheap cost, but also tea is very convenient and good for our health. <strong>Green Tea has keeping - cool characteristic</strong> that it can be enjoyed for a summer day.          <description><![CDATA[<div>What is tea? And what is its influences around Asia and Vietnam?<br>Tea is an indispensable part of the cultures of Asia, Europe,&nbsp; and the world. It is created from tea leaves harvested mainly in China and India, particularly Yunnan (China) and Assam (India). Tea, currently, is the 2nd most consumed beverage in the world, standing right next to water in the 1st position. The oldest records of people drinking tea date back to the Shang dynasty (11th century BCE). According to historians, tea came from China to India in the 15th century, Japan in the 9th century, and the Korean Peninsula in the 7th century. In the Modern Era, other kinds of tea are born, like cold Oolong tea and bubble milk tea.<br>Tea has benefits, lots of it. It is said to help calm the mind and the body of the people who drink it, and it's used in ceremonies, parties, poetry, meditation and more. Tea is associated with traditions of respect for elders, hospitality, and peace. Tea is traditionally divided into 3 types:<br>- Green tea, which is totally unoxidized tea and is traditionally bitter.<br>- Oolong tea, which is mediumly oxidized tea.<br>- Black tea, which<strong> is</strong> the most oxidized tea and has a stronger taste.<br>Tea can be enjoyed with sugar, cakes, cookies and almost any food. There are other variations of tea around the world, like the "London fog tea" of Canada or the "masala chai" of the Indian subcontinent. The most important parts that affect the production of tea are the temperature and the water.<br>In Vietnam, people drink tea, too. The most special kind of tea in Vietnam is lotus tea , which is green tea placed in lotus&nbsp; to have a fragrant flavor. Old people mostly drink tea, although it is now popular within the young due to the rise of bubble milk tea. Whether you are rich or poor, young or old, you will find tea enjoyable as a beverage.<br>Finally, you will know how to make traditional Japanese green tea (Matcha)</div><div>1. Prepare matcha powders (Grinded tea leaves), boiled water (leave to cool for 2-3 minutes after boiling) and a ceramic cup (You can use other kinds of cups, too) for the best experience.<br>2. Scoop the matcha powders into the cup and pour the boiled water into it.<br>3. Use a matcha whisk to combine the powder with the hot water.<br>4. When there are bubbles on top of the tea, it is now ready. Traditional matcha tea has a bitter taste, but you can use sugar for it.<br><br></div>]]></description>
