So in 1995 there was a missionary named Junipero Serra brought priest and lots of people to California. His goal was to spread Christianity to the California Indians. He did this by make a chain of missions. That stretched from San Diego to just north of San Francisco. When Mexico won its independence in 1821, California came under Mexican rule. In 1833, the Mexican government closed the
missions. Half of the mission land was supposed to go to Indians. Mexico, however, established its own system of land grants in the Southwest and gave most of California's mission lands to soldiers and
settlers. In 1846, the United States captured California as part of the war with Mexico. Before long, Californios
were a minority in California.

These are just the top ones there are way more. If you don't get involved in this act then most of these thing's that need to be change won't be changed. If you believe in change then you have to stand up for it yourself because you don't then no one will.

In my opinion John Brown is a hero who stand up to not having slaves. But I know most of you don't agree with me. Back in the day people had black people as there saves. They would treat those slaves to badly. For example the owners would beat them up and they din't treat them like people. That had to change I think John brown did the right thing standing up for these slave who didn't have a voice. Even if he killed some people. I know you are going to think it is not right to kill people which it true. But these slave owners kind of killed these people because they were not aloud to talk unless told to. Sometime you have to do a bad thing to do a good thing. Also yes I do think John did the right thing by raiding

After watching the movie Ticket to Freedom, slaves believed that they would get free one day was their ticket to freedom because they had hoped to be free and if you have hope for something then you can believe in anything that can happen. A “ticket to freedom” is when you or escape from something you're forced to do since they were forced to work for no money for you. Other tickets may be: overcoming bad emotions, thoughts, and fear, it can also be stoping racism because that is still happing and gen Z is against any racism. The article on Gen Z is very interesting and some motivators to this generation are: Having a good-paying job without going through debt. I feel that these qualities will help because gen Z will not be afraid to change something if it does not require them. In my life, a ticket to freedom that I possess is when I took off my arm cast because 2 years ago I broke my arm and they need surgery after I did the surgery I had to keep a cast on for 1.5 months and in those months we went to California so I could not do mush thing and it was a relief to take that cast off. These tickets to freedom will help in the future because I will remember that when you are forced to do something it might not sound but it can be really bad. SO now I won’t assume anything that I think won't hurt.

I think the most important thing advantages would be how much people you have fighting for your cause. I think this because if you don't have much people on your side then you are properly going to lose. Lets me explain that to you. So lets say you are in a war you have in total 5000 people ready to fight but the other side has 15000 people ready to fight. Also the other country is attacking form all 3 sides and each side they are sending 5000. There is no way that you win because they have 3 times the amount of people. Also some disadvantages that does not have to do with how much people are fighting on your side is, the amount of weapons factories you have. Lets me tell you something if you have over 10000 people on your side and 1 weapon Factory then most if your solider will not have weapons.

In the beginning of the bull run Robert lee was going to lead one of the first army of the confed on the US capital soil. But he was versing McClellan representing the union. Lee was on a defending position where McClellan was attacking. Lees army was fake he made it look like he had lots of people so it can by him time to get reinforcements and think what to do. While the time Lee was doing that McClellan stopped for 2 days see what Lee was doing. Lees bluff is working because McClellan thinks that Lee out numbers him where actually McClellan has more men then him. In reality the union had 65,000 men where the confed had 40,000. In September 16, McClellan decides how to attack sending some men to attack on the left and right and in the end attacking through the middle. On September 17, he attacks on the left aiming for duncker church. But the confed had the high ground and they where destroying the union through the right and middle. The confed won that day. Later the union attacks again but this time they win and have a chance of taking Lees middle. But then they where stooped again by Lees army. McClellan send some of his men from the right flank 3 miles south to the snavely's Ford. McClellan army had to go over a Bridge they where ambushed at the end of the Bridge so it took many tries fro them to take the Bridge but then they did. Lee is low on men now and reserved men. Soon McClellan attacks Lees right flank and cutting him off his Escape Routes. A.P Hils army arrives and saves Lee. In the end Lee Retreats back to Virginia and McClellan army won. But 2 months later Abraham Lincoln released him from his dutys.

So before the union was telling the president to remove General Grant. But the president did not listen to them. the president said " I can not spare this men he fights". General Grant was leading the Union Army in the west. In the end Grant was the general for the Union. But he knew he might get relieved so he marched his side of his army to the south and cross the river and take shelter under Vicksburg. He did this so he can wait and see what he has to do to operate an attack. On April 16th fleet command Admiral David Dixon Porter had to fight Vicksburg because they had to take the river to meet up with Grant. In which they did. Then after Jackson arrived they planed. Grant decided to neutralize anything that would help the Confederate, like factories, and railroads. After that was done Jackson toke his side of the army and attacked Vicksburg. This happened in the city of Vicksburg but in Champion Hill. The Union was starting to win by pushing back the Confederates army to Vicksburg. Grant thought that Vicksburg's defense and men where weak so they attacked on the 19 and 22 in May. But then Grant was pushed back by the Confederate's. After Grant decided he would lay Siege on the city. In the month of June Grant decided to send is troops left and right surrounding the city. Then they attacked the city again. After the union had to retreat again. July 1 Grant surrounded the city again. But the Confederate army leader knew that there was no help from the outside so he gave up.
