I totally remember being young and watching the video we watched earlier. I went home and told my mom that we need to start recycling. I remember they brought in the cool new blue bins.

I would model about environment in ways how to be intentional with the materials used in class along with the plants I have in class because everyone needs a fresh breath of earth.

I can practice reduce, reuse, and recycle in classroom. I can explain and make students be aware of this and get them involved in doing it in the classroom and outside the classroom as well.

As mentioned in the slides, I think teaching the three R's could be really beneficial and helpful for students. It makes these things easier to remember and makes them become more conscious about their choices.

I would set up clearly labeled recycling bins for paper, plastic, and other recyclable materials in the classroom. I love to garden, so maybe start a classroom garden to teach students about the importance of plants in the ecosystem and the benefits of growing their own food and use this opportunity to discuss topics like soil health, composting, and the impact of pesticides on the environment.

I think something that I can do as a future educator is teach them the importance of the environment after we will do in activity that uses recyclable materials

I did learn about climate change. I don't remember how it made me feel but I do remember my 6th grade class dedicating at least a month on writing letters to get recycle bins, and ways to not let food go to waste.
