I can explain the differences of the 4 Anatomical Joints?

The difference between 4 anatomical joints are the ball and socket joints can rotate all the way around like your hip or shoulder. Where hinge can only flex and extend like your knee. Your pivot joint can rotate just like your neck/skull. And the 4th is Gliding which is where 2 bones glide against one another, and this could be in your wrist. I love how we play kahoots it really makes learning interesting and fun. And helps me retain lots of information.

The 3 planes of movement are the sagittal which cuts down the middle of the body into left and right halves (vertically). The transverse which cuts your body in half horizontally into top half and bottom half. And finally frontal plane. Which cuts your body into the front and back kind of like when you're doing jumping jacks. Some things I like to use to learn terms is to assign quizlets like the learn part of it is very beneficial.

Gliding Joint (wrist). saddle Joint(thumb) , pivot joint (radial ulnar), and the condyloid/ellipsoidal Joint (wrist). I love the method we use for learning. I wouldn't change anything about it.

The Appendicular skeleton is made up of the pectoral and pelvic girdles, the bones of the arms, forearms, wrists, hands, thighs, legs, and feet. The methods used to learn these bones are the notes with the coloring. I love how it makes learning seem a bit more fun. And it changes things up.

Some universal precautions are masks, breathing barriers, gloves. If any of these universal precautions are broken, for example gloves are ripped, disinfect your hands.

After assessing the scene or injuries i can figure out where the patient/victim is injured or what their sickness is. I liked the lab where we practice splinting, I like the labs most because I learn much better when we do hands-on learning. When splinting you must make sure that you are stabilizing the injured body part. If a victim is bleeding place sterile gauze from the first aid kit onto the wound and apply pressure. Until the bleeding stops. Or until EMS arrives.
