I am drawn to TAC because I’m excited to serve as a youth voice for programming in Ann Arbor

I care about advocacy and having fun

I think I’d mainly want to do projects in Ann Arbor because of convenience but I think it’s cool to do a few outsideof Ann Arbor as well

I think we should put a focus on the service projects for teens as volunteering is something that teens are always interested in

Some ideas are : soup kitchen, food drive, working to do activities at senior centers

I think that a challenge teens are facing is that they are feeling unmotivated and don’t feel that they can create a huge difference to their communities. I think that if we stopped looking at every single negative thing that we can’t fix and instead focused on what we can control then positive change can happen.

I would like to do service projects around Ann Arbor or in areas around here.

Something that I want to see out of this experience is a more engaged and positive teen community who is confident in what they can do.

I was drawn to TAC because I wanted a way to help impact a larger community of teens in a positive way

I think many teens are struggling with social injustice and feeling confident and comfortable in being themselves

Issues important to me are mental health awareness and Empowerment/making teens feel confident + like they can do whatever they set their mind on

I would want to do projects in Ann Arbor but maybe also find different ways to reach neighboring smaller towns as well

I’ve don’t a few mental health workshops that have helped me understand how to advocate for mental health help and awareness and have also helped me learn how to discuss mental health with others

I want to help make a difference and have a positive impact while also having fun
