Dearest Romayne,

I still remember the first time we met on your first day when you joined Skin. We were still in Paco (in those tables that connect each other), and Gemma was still double hat in Body plus Lenna (haha).

Ever since then, I've always admired you as a planner and a person - the amount of passion, hard work, and positivity you bring to everyone around you amazing. You have an endless amount of energy!

I am so so sad you are leaving us but I am truly happy for you! I hope you find what you are looking for in your next journey. We will miss you dearly, Romayne! (including my mom HAHA). I do hope to see you again some time!

Until now, hindi pa din nagssink in sa akin na aalis ka na. Feeling ko, magbakasyon ka lang and you'll be back after a few weeks/months.

I am really grateful for you --> you always make feel people "at home" and you're very welcoming lalo na mga new hires. Nung bago pa lang ako, ikaw lagi nag aaya sa akin para mag lunch na haha.. and eventually, you became one of my closest friends or should i say Office BFF.

Nakakalungkot na when we go back sa office, totally buwag na ang "backrow group" -- but i am happy that you'll be able to realize your dream.

Keep in touch :) dahil magkaiba time zone natin at alam kong masipag ka magwork, sure ako magkakasabay pa rin tayo mag online. hahaha :)

Hi my favorite planner! super nasad ako when i knew of the news that you'll be leaving. Not only is Unilever losing a key talent, many people are kind of losing a very dear friend as well. It's been awhile since we last saw each other kaya can't say din na mamimiss ko seeing your cute face around. But will definitely miss the positive energy and bubbly personality and happy vibes you always bring to meetings. So sad that you are leaving us... and even more so since pandemic, we were not able to spend a lot time F2F. Regardless, I am really happy for you. :) I am sure dream mo ito and that maybe some day bumalik ka din sa UL. I am sure you will be welcomed back with open arms. :)

Thank you for being an inspiration to a lot of people not just at work or at the parties you helped organized, but also in the outside world where people can really see how big your heart is whenever you do outreach programs (even pandemic!). Yun lang. Thank you. HAHA! Seriously, I just want to say na like your friends here, I am so proud of you and what you have accomplished in Unilever and what are about to accomplish when you go on your next journey.

I think first of all thank you for the support that you gave me when I was new in Unilever. Alam ko relatively new ka that time but you never hesitated to help and guide me when I was still adjusting. I always go back to the 2016-2017 Skin team and yung mga puyatan natin to prepare for a DSR or yung maghahabol ng WOM deck for Monday. Or yung puyatan sa office kasi DPM preps namin tapos ikaw you're trying to finish work. Medyo sad lang na you're leaving and parang sa 2016 na Skin team, kami na lang natira ni Ricky sa Planning HAHA. I wish you all the best Romayne. Ang sad lang to go back to the office and wala na yung madaldal, I mean yung mabait na officemate namin na mahilig mag laro ng Switch sa meeting rooms. I mean gumawa ng presentation sa meeting rooms. HAHAHAHA

I'll always remember you as one of the most POWER people in SC I've met. When we first met in 2018 (TRESemme) takot na takot talaga ko sayo hahaha! Only because I looked up to you as I'm sure a lot of others did. Thank you for enabling so many great things for TRESemme back then. Maraming tumbling yung E EMIR Exhale Enchant hahaha! The mood in the office will never be the same pagbalik namin dahil wala ka na. Wala na yung ingay and tawa mong walang bukas. Sorry hindi ako nakapunta sa despedida. I'm so proud of you :) Sobrang memorable ng interview ko sayo kasi naiwan ako ng shuttle kasi ang daldal mo. :) But even from that interview alone, you can hear how passionate and competent you were in your work . From the the time we hired you up to now, you did not disappoint. You always ask the difficult questions. You do not shy away from issues and always look for a way to solve it, even if the action is not your accountability. I can go on and on about how good you are in your work.
