We interviewed several people. The first was a working-class chap who could tell us a little bit about Tap Social. He knew it was a social enterprise and was supportive of this kind of enterprise. When we asked him why he was supportive, he said fiercely that people deserve a second chance in life. Nevertheless, he didn't seem to think this bar was a great success in terms of the number of customers. At the end of the conversation, he made us aware of the sustainable shop across the street, which we subsequently investigated.

Our group interviewed a store named Y.O.U, which mainly focuses on selling underwear, their aim is to help women in India.

Y.O.U established a factory and provided employment opportunities for women to ensure a stable source of income for them.

The selling point of the company is the design of its product, which is created by the owner and the owner’s designer friend.

Y.O.U has an underwear recycling program, and donation campaigns. For every product sold, a portion of the proceeds is donated to charitable organizations, bringing positive impact to society.

The Tap Social is a social enterprise that employs (ex-)prisoners in the hospitality sector. They offer fullfilling jobs in their Oxfordshire brewery to decrease the chances of reoffending. They exploit several venues in Oxford where they sell the locally produced beers. 100 % of these employees want to remain working here. Customer 1 said: "It tastes magnificent". Customer 2 knew that the recidivism rate of employed convicts is only 6 %. Compared to an average of 50 % in the U.K, he found this to be a success.
