I agree with the article, because I do no think it is possible for the brain to maintain the same level of speed and efficiency in more than one task when it is fully concentrated, due to the fact that concentration implies that you give your complete attention to something, in this case a task.

However, I do think that in order to successfully multitask we need certain conditions, like execute activities that do not requiere lots of attention, while we do just one that does. For example, I do think I am able to listen to music and answer occasional texts while I do my homework. It might be true that I am slowing the process of doing homework, but it does not has a repercussion on its quality.

Multitasking is a matter of conditions, and it is there for those who have time to split between activities. As for the importance, I do consider this topic to be very relevant since we live in a fast and technological world that has created a strong habit of living in the constant state of multitasking.

I agree with the article, that multitasking gives you the opportunity to be a more efficient person and develop more skills in your life, because you generate´s the ability to resolve several things in a very short time.

A very important point in multitasking is technology, today the technology allows us to be even more capable of performing different tasks at the same time.

I agree with what the author says about finding it very difficult to eliminate multitasking from our life. Since we have created the habit of multitasking daily, breaking the habit is a difficult task to accomplish. In my personal experience, I always multitask daily. When I'm working, I have to pay attention to my cellphone while I do other things to attend clients. Not only at work, but also when I'm doing homework or other activities at home, I tend to think about other things instead of focusing on a single task.
I also agree with what the author says about feeling calmer when focusing on a single task. In order to study more efficiently, I like to completely focus on what I'm studying, and try not to pay attention or think about anything else.
I do think that more research should be done in order to discover how much can we improve in our daily lives if we avoid multitasking.

I agree with the Article. When we put all our attention in only one task is easier to get that done faster. In my experience multitasking takes me a lot of time. it's hard for me to be concentrated because I easily get distracted and it takes me the double of time to end each activity.

I also agree is hard to break the multitasking habit. I've tried many times and is one of the hardest things to do.

I think more research could be useful, it could help us to improve to solve our focus problems.
