In china there are many more mens restrooms than women's, and domestic abuse is not uncommon (China is currently making it's first ever law against domestic abuse). However it's not only the men that are keeping women from gaining more rights, it's the women themselves, who are often to afraid to speak up for women's rights and try to make a change.
The burning of coal in China's factories is primarily to blame for their ginormous pollution issue. Also everyday people are to blame for the pollution because of their high emission rates.
