Miles is a well-known, highly regarded class action attorney who has led the national effort to defend shareholder rights for more than 20 years. Mr. Miles graduated third in his class from Belmont University in 1995 with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Juris Doctor from the Nashville School of Law in May 2001. He was also inducted into the Honorable Society of Cooper's Inn, an exclusive organization for students who rank in the top ten percent of their class.</p><p>The Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals, the United States District Court for the Western, Middle, and Eastern Districts of Tennessee, as well as the District of Colorado, have admitted him to practice before them, as does the Tennessee Supreme Court.&nbsp; He is a member of the Harry Phillips American Inns of Court (Student Member 2000), the Nashville Bar Association, and the National Trial Lawyers Association.
