I often feel anxious, school things,the future，like anything!! I just can't help it.
that make me insomnia, and I tell other what I'm suffer about. But who can deal with such negative person. And now I feel like I can deal with mine anxiety quite well. Maybe just my illusion.

It's going to make them not learn anything if I keep doing this.
A few months ago, I got a great score on English and received first place on that subject. 
After that, a few people are trying to make me answer the questions they have without teaching them.
I know that I am the one who loves helping others. So at that time, I helped them without hesitation.
Since doing so might make them bad at English, I promised myself that I would never answer them again but teach them.
A few days later, they came to me again with almost the same way of asking me.
I tried my best to teach them how to solve the answer but they just told me to answer it directly.
I don't know what I can do to make them learn by themselves.
Could you give me some advice to solve this situation?

However, we're not in the same class anymore. Though we still chat online everyday. I still feel that things are different now, like we're not close anymore.  I have been struggling with this deal for the past 2 months. I am not good at speaking English.
When teacher asks me questions in the class, I hard to present my thoughts. I felt depressed. I knew what I want to said in Chinese, but I can't turn it into English immediately. I'm so helpless. What can I do to promote my speaking ability? Who can help me?
