         <description><![CDATA[<div><mark>STEP 1</mark><br>In a group of 3-4, pick an Entry Mode (no duplication allowed), research and present your findings via video (maximum 5 minutes and to be uploaded on Padlet by 15 Nov, Friday, 5pm) and a set of supplementary notes. <br><br>Your presentation must include the following:-<br>1) Definition and explanation of the entry mode selected</div><div>2) Advantages and disadvantages</div><div>3) A real life example/company to support your answer<br><br>You will be graded on the clarity, conciseness, accuracy and quality of your presentation. Please find marking scheme available in MeL. References must be provided.<br><br><mark>STEP 2<br>A)</mark> Watch your friends' video, rate it and leave your comments &amp; questions by 22 Nov, Friday 5pm. <br><br><mark>B)</mark> Fill in this <a href="https://forms.gle/adeq2nQFBuLw5oXe6"><strong><em>form</em></strong></a> to get your attendance marked by 15 Nov, 5pm.
