what we did?
As a team we had to plan and execute a graduation.
What went well?
The graduation ceremony went near to perfect.
What could we have done better?
On the second time round, it went a lot better because we had a little blip in communication, so we had me give the command to close gates 4 and 5.

Evidence 2-
1- NCS boat building 
2-we all worked together to build a raft that can withstand 12 people sat on it floating along a rift
3- if we could do it again id suggest making it longer because not all of us could fit on it.

Evidence 3-
1-Girls mental health run
2- we helped girls motivation with fitness while throwing powdered paint.
3- try not to get as much powdered paint on myself.

what I did?
since I started my job working at Go outdoors my confidence and communication skills shot up. I answer the phone and discuss customers and sort out their needs and questions with them. 
I have also met new people at work who I have to talk to on a daily basis. in college I have done presentations in multiple lessons, this put me out of my comfort zone and helped me gain confidence in the long run, I am also class representative so I take part in college meetings.

Evidence 2- About me presentation
1-present a PowerPoint including information all about myself to a class of 15.
2-i carefully made the presentation about myself including information i wouldnt usually tell people. 
3- if i did it again i would add more personal photos instead of ones of google.

Evidence 3-
1- Volunteered at the british heart foundation 
2- To communicate with my Boss at the BHF i had to phone them up and request to speak with her.

I am a student voice representative, I went out my comfort zone and volunteered and it grew my confidence. 
if I was to change something I would become student voice representative last year.
Evidence 2-
I volunteered at Wentworth woodhouse festival. 
what went well was I managed to support and keep people from accessing front of stage.  
Evidence 3- High praise at work
I have done 36 training tests at work before everyone else who works there (aside from 2 managers).

i have volunteered for more then 10 hours at the British heart foundation.
I have successfully learnt how to use the tills there.
what i would do to change is do more hours
i have participated in a girls mental health run with sports
i volunteerd at a girls run and i threw powdered paint at them to encourage them to run and make it more fun
what i couldve changed is to not give the girls the powder and get it on myself
i am a student representative with college 
i volunteered to be a student voice for my year in college
