- employee: Higher wages to compensate for the hard work and being away from family/civilization.
- employer: depending on the number of employees, if there is a shortage of employees the wages should be higher. The human capital theory shows that education isn't needed and even employees without an educational background can do it. A bonus based on performance can be implemented perhaps
- government: Safety is important which can change the wages levels. The government can oblige restrictions towards safety training.
