Estimated wage:<br>We think it would be above equilibrium wage because of the quantity of labour and lack of attractiveness<br><br><br>2: Different perspectives<br>- employee: Higher wages to compensate for the hard work and being away from family/civilization.<br>- employer: depending on the number of employees, if there is a shortage of employees the wages should be higher. The human capital theory&nbsp;shows that education isn't needed and even employees without an educational background can do it. A bonus based on performance can be implemented perhaps<br>- government: Safety is important which can change the wages levels.
