Hi ma'am Jamie! First and foremost thank you for all the stuff you taught us sa during your stay in Finetex. Even if I was not under R&D Department, there were times at work that I came to you for help. You were not hesitant to provide your insights on what you think can and should be done, and also you were not hesitant to impart your knowledge to us new engineers. Whenever you are to involve us in QA Dept. in your trials, you always made it a point to explain everything so that everyone can always learn a thing or two. You are a person with a very admirable work ethic and it affects others to become motivated.

I would like to sincerely thank you for being a a part of the team that really wanted to focus on giving the rightful benefits of the employees. It warms my heart seeing our employees feel empowered, motivated and not hesitant anymore to voice out their complaints and issues to us their leaders in which I do think makes everyone closer.

Hello ma’am. Words are not enough to express how grateful I am to be part of the R&D family. Thank you for always having my back especially during those times I felt like quitting. You inspired me to be better in what I do. I was under too much pressure when Sir JC left for Korea and you were there to guide me and have been very patient with me. I wouldn’t have the courage to stand on my feet if not for your encouragement. I am so proud that you are my boss and I can say it’s rare to find someone like you in the workplace - someone with admirable work ethics and sincere love not only for her people but for all Finetex employees. Thank you ma'am for sharing your knowledge with us. We learned a lot from you.

Ma’am, I will really miss you. I will miss the times that you are sharing bible verses with me. Thank you ma’am that through you and your strong faith I was able to see God’s never ending love and grace. I have witnessed how God worked on your life to give the desires of your heart. Dear maam jamie una sa lahat d talaga ako makapaniwala na aalis kana at pinayagan ka ni sir ryu na umalis pero alam naman namin na para sa ikabubuti mo yun kaya maluwag naming tatanggapin. Maraming salamat nga pala maam dahil nung mga times na nahihirapan ako sa Engineering dept para sa documentation na yan ay nagseset ka pa ng meeting para idiscuss kung anu yung mga dapat gawin. At heto nga ngayon na nasa Production department na ako ay ganun pa rin ang ginagawa mo tinulungan mo ulit kami makabangon. Salamat maam sa walang sawang pag motivate mo sakin every time na nagsusumbong ako sainyo nang mga kagigilan ko sa buhay at alam mo naman na araw araw ako gigil. haha
