Although receiving more educational approach, there are numerous uneducated people who lack the ability to read or write. This essay would give reasons for this problem and give method which government can support these people.

There are various reasons result in this problem. Firstly, lack of financial abilities lead to the illiteracy. Many children who their (whose) familíe can not affort living costs so having access to any classes is impossible to them . To clarify, when the simplest needs such as food or water can not be met, they can not even think of being educated but being able to continuing their lives. For example, in many Africa countries, there are hundreds of death each year due to famine. Living in such a situation, they do not crave for anything except for foods (Living in such conditions may prevent people from craving for anything but basic necessities in their life). Secondly, social instabilty contribute to the lack of education in people. For instance, when a country having a war with enemies to protect its independence, there will not have any educational institution to teach children.

Many actions which governments can take to support these poorly educational people. First of all, offering free classes is essential. Governments provide courses which are free of charge, especially in remote areas where educational facilities is poor. In addition to this, dealing with conflicts in a peaceful way is also important. For example, when having any conflicts, governments might seek help from the global institutions to receive the fair results.

In conclusion, financial dificulties and social instabiltiy may result in illiteracy in residents. However, govenment can help them by opening free classes for children and dealing with conflicts without wars.

Nowadays, education can be easily approached day by day but there is a number of adults who can not read and write (still suffer from illiteracy). This situation leads to many drawbacks for these people and the government could impose more strategies to enhance.

People who do not have the ability to read and write may face many issues (ở đâu?). To begin with, they lose many job opportunities and may not maintain a stable income (Difficulties in seeking formal employment and earning proper income could be considered as the biggest challenge for the illiterate). This is because many companies often expect their candidates to have a higher education qualification. If people can not read and write, they may have low income and do not have stable jobs in big cities. (Given the lack of appropriate skills in reading comprehension and professional writing, employees are highly unlikely to fulfill the requirements of well-paid jobs in big cities). For example, most corporations in Ho Chi Minh - one of the most vibrant city in VietNam require employees to have at least high school qualification for their opening positions. Furthermore, people with defects in writing and reading can live under the poverty line. To explain, these people do not have enough ability to access education and they can not escape from poverty. Take manual laborers in Vietnam’s industrial zones, for example: they work long hours for low wages, unable to improve their living conditions due to limited skills and education.

There are many solutions that the governments can apply to help adults who are not able to read and write. Firstly, they could provide incentives for adults who enroll in literacy programs. This would encourage participation and motivate more people to take action, especially since many adults face financial hardship. Moreover, raising awareness from people is also a method worth trying in the future. The government should launch more campaigns on social media and public places to draw attention and promote these people to learn. For instance, LOTA project- a campaign on TikTok about illiteracy eradication for adults came from the government and many adults people were inspired for going to school to being able to read and write.

In conclusion, adult illiteracy is a significant issue that not only limits individuals' job opportunities but also keeps them in poverty. With the right strategies from the goverment, more adults will have the chance to improve their literacy skills, leading to better job prospects and an overall higher quality of life.

Although people have better study conditions today, there are still a number of them who are illiterate. Plausible reasons for this phenomenon are the weakness of educational system and financial difficulties. The government should encourage educational in tribal ethnic societies and have financial aid for students.

There are possible explanations for illiterate adults. (Từ nối) Educational systems in some undeveloped countries, especially in urban areas are still weak, which causes difficulties in accessing knowledge. They have to work at very young ages and rarely have opportunities to study. For example, in Vietnam, ethnic minorities have to work in the fields for long hours per day so there are only a few people who could spend the remaining time going to study. Moreover, financial problems are also a plausible reason for adults giving up studying. They have to work hard every day to cover their family's expenses along with facing a lot of stressors from work which prevent them from finding the words.

The government should make solutions to this problem to raise the number of literate people. This can be fixed by encouragement for educational in minor ethnic societies. Authorities can raise the salary for teachers who work in these areas and build schools for students which can create a society where all people have the right to study. In addition, the government can also provide financial aid for citizens. When financial problems are solved, they can go to school without worrying about school fees which can be the most realistic solution for all. For instance, in Germany, authorities has provided free educational systems for all their citizens for many years which cause low rate in illiterate in this country.

In conclusion, there are still illiterate adults although better access to knowledge because they have to face to financial difficulties and weakness of educational systems in some urban areas. This problem can be addressed through financial aid and encouragement educational in tribal ethnic societies from the government.

Even though the accessbility to education has been increased, there are still many adults who are illiterate. This essay will discuss the causes of illiteracy and suggest some solutions that the government should take.

There are many causes of illiteracy in adulthood. One of the main reasons could be the poor financial situation. Many families in poverty may struggle to afford school fees, uniforms, or supplies. Because of low-paying jobs, many people cannot even afford their daily meals, so they cannot afford to pay school fees. Children from poor families also may be forced to work to support their families, hindering their ability to attend school. Besides, disease is also a cause of illiteracy. Some diseases, particularly those affecting the brain or nervous system (ví dụ cụ thể), can impair cognitive function, making it difficult to learn and retain information.

To address this issue, there are some solutions the government should take. Firstly, literacy removal classes for adults should be provided free of charge. Specifically, The government should adjust a reasonable timetable to the work of adults who need to participate, ensuring teachers are qualified and well-trained. The effectiveness of this class would be great if there has flexible time and community support. (provided the flexibility of study time and community support are taken into account) (?) In addition, conducting public awareness campaigns about the importance of literacy. The government should point out the benefits of literacy to everyone. They should describe some better job opportunities such as higher salaries, more stable jobs or better treatment for those who can read and write well.

In conclusion, there are many reasons why a person has disability in reading or writing. However, governments can solve this problem through free literacy classes or awareness campaigns to promote a more educated society.
