         <description><![CDATA[<div>You can stay well by drinking water, going out with friends, eating healthy, getting the correct amount of sleep needed for your age, showing up to school, being to places on time, if you have a job be there on time as well. Exercise regularly, get checkups from your doctor and take correct medication when you are not feeling well.</div>]]></description>
