The presentation of Group Care, which covered the 'Yaman ng Kalusugan para Malayo sa Sakit' or 'YAKAP' program, had a strong start, but was unable to maintain it into the latter half of the presentation. We found their topic quite interesting (if not a bit idealistic, though that could be said for almost all the points covered in the most recent SONA, so I digress), though due to the wordiness of the presentation and overall lack of nuance in their work, I had grown disinterested early on. Not to dwell on the negative, I feel like with higher energy and engagement with the audience, their group could have been an insightful delve into the topic that would have held my curiosity till the end.

For me, one of the best presenters were the YAKAP group. They had their good points in presenting their information and they showed the benefits of YAKAP. Yes, they had their issues in presenting, however the potential their topic had, would’ve been okay if the way they presented it was appropriate. I noticed how they were really trying their best to answer the questions, which is good since it shows collaboration. But, they could’ve done it way before the day they were gonna present. Additionally, it is recommended if they only added in the presentation, direct information regarding their topic. And they can improve their way of answering the questions given, by giving clarity and Nonetheless, the overall presentation was okay, at the same it needs improvement.

The presentation on flood control was informative and clearly explained key ways to prevent and manage floods, showing the presenter’s strong understanding of the topic. However, a weakness was the poor readability of the slides, as the text was too small and not adjusted properly for the projector. To improve, the presenter should use larger fonts, high-contrast colors, and test the slides before presenting to ensure they are clear and easy to read.

Their overall presentation was very informative, they presented many important information such as the conditions of infrastructure and white elephant projects. Although, when it comes to them presenting their work it was not straight to the point, some have extravagant words that can be simplified in their visual aids. So, our suggestion is to minimize the information written on the slide decks.

The presentation that covers the ARAL program: academic recovery and accessible learning, for me, is the best group. They covered a great topic about education and presented their topics clearly. I believe that the youth are the hope for our country to be better. Concerning that, the topic they chose was about education, which is important not only for adults but also for us students. The presentation tackled many topics comparing the ARAL program with the Alternative Learning System, the slides had visible texts, and I could see it from afar. The topics were also conveyed clearly, since they used multiple graphic organizers. To further improve this presentation, I would suggest adding statistics to it, even just predicted enrollments for the ARAL program and its impact on the education system. Overall, I think they picked a great topic and explained it well.

In my opinion, group Care's presentation about the YAKAP program was the best. They were able to present the benefits that the community will gain and provided insights of their chosen topic. While the introduction was solid, some members spoke too quietly, while others with louder voices did majority of the speaking. The text in their PowerPoint was readable, but I'd suggest using bullet points and short phrases to make it less overwhelming. Their presentation was decent, however, they struggled to answer the follow-up questions as the topic progressed.

They chose a great topic that is interesting as it has connection in our health. However, they were unable to execute in delivering the topic effectively towards the audience. The voice cannot be heard that much at the back. To improve, I suggests that they should be familiar or know the topic that they are presenting so that they can answer questions easily. Next time, they should make the font bigger and make the presentation lively or catchy to the audience. Overall, the presentation was okay, I want to see them improve the next time they present.

The presentation about the ARAL Program from the SONA 2025 was honestly the best one for me. They picked a really good topic about education and explained everything clearly. I really believe that the youth can help make our country better, and learning about programs like this matters. Since their topic was about education, it felt more relatable, not just for adults, but also for us students. They compared the ARAL program to ALS, and even included real stories from ALS completers, which made it more meaningful. The slides were nice too, the text was big and easy to read even from far away. They also used graphic organizers and visuals that helped make things easier to understand.

If I could suggest something to make it even better, maybe they can add some stats or numbers, like how many students are in the ARAL program or how much it's helped already. That would give us a clearer picture of its impact. But overall, they chose a great topic and presented it in a way that really made sense.

They used a very readable font size and applied good contrast in their slides, making the content easy to read and understand. Their presentation was also informative and well-structured, clearly explaining the ARAL program with supporting data, real-life testimonies, and relevant laws. However, some slides have many texts which could be overwhelming to the audience. There was also a lack of visuals that could have made the presentation more engaging.

I would love to say that the presentation of the group that presented the ARAL PROGRAM is the best. Not only did they present it in a concise way, they also utilized useful and precise visual texts and aids in order to level up their presentation. The font size was very readable and had a good contrast against the background. It helped me understand the needs of Filipino people for quality education in order to become successful. The only thing I've noticed is that some of their slides contain too much text which can overwhelm the audience, I would recommend using non-linear texts or graphic organizers to organize their information properly. That is all for my review, thank you so much.

IRADIEL CASSOPHEA D. ALICDAN

Among all the groups that presented their topic on the State of the Nation Address 2025 by President Ferdinand Marcos, Jr., this group’s topic about the construction of the Bataan and Cavite Interlink Bridge, intrigued the most. This is due to that fact that they explained this topic clearly, most specifically the importance of this project and the benefits of it to the Filipino citizens. I appreciate their presentation about this topic as it will provide enough knowledge to other people regarding this new project.
