         <title>Some consequences of poor Personal Hygiene</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><mark>Body Odor</mark>- body odor occurs due to the interaction of bacteria and sweat produced by the apocrine glands. Over time the smell of body odor starts to come off of the human body. Body odor can also come from poor bathroom habits, resulting in feces or urine odor. <br><mark>Bad Breath</mark>- bad breath is developed from not brushing and flossing your teeth on a regular basis. If you do not brush and floss your teeth food will get stuck in your teeth and rot which causes a foul odor. <br><mark>Dental Disease</mark>- this is from the building up of plaque on your teeth. The bacteria in the plaque releases acids which break down the enamel on your teeth. This process can lead to inflammation on the gums which later leads to gum disease. Gum disease caused infection which will eventually destroy your teeth. <br><mark>General Disease</mark>- not keeping up with your personal hygiene could cause many different diseases such as, a common cold, influenza (flu), salmonellosis, hepatitis A, typhoid, strep throat and staph infections. </div>]]></description>

         <title>Ways to prevent Personal Hygiene</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><mark>Hand Hygiene</mark>- wash your hands constantly and be sure to wash for a full 20 seconds so you do not miss any spots, clip your fingernails for dirty fingernails can be one of the leading causes of diseases<br><mark>Ear Hygien</mark>e- avoid using Q-tips, try a different technique like using eye drops in order to get the wax out<br><mark>Eye Hygiene</mark>- try not to spend too much time looking at your computer/phone screen<br><mark>Foot Hygiene</mark>- wash your feet thoroughly when taking a shower, make sure you are wearing a clean pair of socks and clip your toenails one a twice every two weeks<br><mark>Body Odor</mark>- take a shower once or twice a day as long as you are showering once a day, use deodorant, females and males need to appropriately take care of their puberty hygiene <br><mark>Clothing Hygiene</mark>- do not wear something you wore the day or a couple days before, throw your clothing into the wash when you are done wearing them, change your underwear daily, be presentable and be well groomed</div>]]></description>
