I partially agree with this opinion, because the reality of the labor market in the UAE shows that a large percentage of jobs, especially in the private sector, are occupied by expatriates from different nationalities. This is due to several interconnected reasons related to economic, educational, and cultural factors.

On one hand, companies often hire expatriates because of their lower cost compared to the salaries that citizens may demand, in addition to flexible working hours and specialization in certain technical or vocational fields in which citizens may not be available in sufficient numbers.

On the other hand, the UAE government is making great efforts through programs such as "Emiratization" to enhance citizens' participation in the labor market, especially in the private sector. However, there are challenges such as the difference in work environments between the public and private sectors, where many Emiratis prefer to work in the government sector due to shorter working hours, higher salaries, and job security
