         <description><![CDATA[<div>- Maybe do something about how just their crimes doesn't qualify them for the insanity defense<br>- People who are given the insanity defense for serious crimes (attempted murder, assault, etc.) stay in institutions longer than others stay in jail<br>- A lot of serial killers did crazy things, so does this give them the ability to use the insanity defense?</div>]]></description>
