In the first week of our online session, my impression of you Sir was that you are a teacher who is difficult to approach. However, as time passed, I never expected you to become as friendly as who you really are. You treat us like close friends of yours. Sir Pat, to be honest when you introduced yourself on the first day, I thought of you as one of the people who are just a fleeting moment in life. The kind of people you get to meet in period of time and easily forgotten. I'm sure you relate to that too, paths normally crossed, separated and forgotten as each time passing. That was my narrow side speaking, but once again another teacher have proven me wrong. Despite the distance you youself was able to struck your students by your own way of teaching. I consider it as facinating and unique that you manage to stand out your aspects as a teacher despite the lack of face-to-face...and I'm thankful for that. From the simple "class turn on your camera" to your "who would like to answer?" Those short simple phases was indeed my biggest yet most unexpected turning point of the year. You've englighthened my narrow perspective. And in just a short span of time I realized, no, your not the kind of person who can are fleeting snippets in life. Your words are meant to be carried on to last forever. And I'm grateful for that. On this special day I wish you continue to surprise your students with your unique ways of teaching. It's also my first time in online classes and my first time studying in AdDU, I was scared and overwhelmed. But as days go by, We slowly discover your genuine personality, how you always support us in our silly jokes or any other activities. You are one of the highlights of my senior high school life! char HEHEHEHEH We thank you po sir for being understanding always, your comforting approach contributed a lot in adjusting to this new school, new way of learning. To be honest, I didn't know what to expect during the first day of classes since it's online but you were very welcoming to all of us, and that will forever remain in my heart. We may not be inside the classroom but you made us feel comfortable with the online setup. For the 2 months that we've shared, I have learned a lot from you. Kaya pa check na lang ako sa grammar and punctuations, Sir! HAHAHAHA joke. It is actually my first time having a young (makisabay sa aming trip), aesthetic, and very fun (hindi ka corny sir slight lang hehe). You are very appreciated by us.
