 “Do or do not, there is no try.” Is a quote that I live by.  I am a Star Wars fan. Ever since I watched “Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back” a character kept running back and forth in my head. The saying “Do or do not, there is no try” means that you either do a certain thing or do not do a certain thing, don’t try to finish but rather finish it. It’s a quote that motivated me for years and still has today.

This quote is from one of my favorite books ever. I love this quote because I truly believe that painful moments in our lives are what shape who we are a person. I believe this on a physical and psychological level. For example, when I was getting my Master's degree I struggled a lot, but I learned a lot of valuable lessons from that experience for which I am grateful.

I believe that staying true to yourself is the key to happiness.
