5. How EFFECTIVE do you think this program is in assisting members of the targeted population?

6. How widely will it be ADOPTED by the target audience (ie likely take up)?

7. What are the costs (ie $$ and likely consistency eg if over several sessions, or with several speakers) of the IMPLEMENTED intervention?

What sources of behaviour are targeted?

Capability - has programs for all skill levels (Beginner-advanced)

Opportunity - gives you workouts to do in a wide range of environments ie home workouts and gym workouts

Motivation - help you keep track of your goals and helps you reach your goals.

3. What are the links between policies, interventions and sources of behaviour in this program?

he app is working towards a health and wellbeing program with several workouts that are capable enough to be done at home ,allowing individuals to participate with no barriers coming between such as cost and time wise as well as having their own space while performing the workouts.

4. How well does this program REACH into the target population?

Reaches target pop well, They have different programs for different populations:

Swokit for business: Busy people working in office/ cooperate environments who are short on time.

Sworkit youth initiative: fitness technology and programs specifically designed for school aged children

5. How EFFECTIVE do you think this program is in assisting members of the targeted population?

The app appears to be effective in assisting members of the target population as it provides the opportunity for people with low opportunity time wise to exercise, and opportunity to exercise wherever they need. It helps deal with the time restriction people have.

6. How widely will it be ADOPTED by the target audience (ie likely take up)?

This will be adopted by primary a younger demographic due to the nature of the program being an app. Due to this program being an app on a smart phone there is less chance that elderly have access to things such as smart phones. This therefore targets a smaller age gap. Overall though this can be useful tool that could be likely be taken on board by many people who are time poor side.

7. For example they change the normal desk chairs to exercise ball chairs or replace boardroom seats with exercise bikes so you can exercise while you work. These new policy interventions aim to change the behavioural attitude towards exercise and make it part of their daily work schedule.
