In the Keeper of the Lost Cities Exile, one of the main places and an important place in this book. Now this is only the Gateway to Exile. Exile is much darker. The hole is a place where Grady and Sophie must let them self sink into. It is like this because there has to be a hard way to get there. You have to be willing.

This is a picture of what I think the black swan would look like. So basically the Black Swan made Sophie. She is different. The Black Swan has been leaving clues. So at the moment they are a mystery. She does not fully understand them.

This picture symbolizes this quote; it is not exactly what it looks like, but it represents few people go. Exile is not a place you want to go. In the book she needs to go, but it is not because she broke a law. Normally you go there because you broke a serious law.

Everglen

Sophie visits Everglen many times. A lot of things happen there. The boy(Fitz) that was assigned to come to the human society and take her to the elves lives there with his sister Biana. His Dad is also very close with her. His name is Alven. Bianais really close with Sophie, even though she was originally told to talk to her and be friends for her Dad's sake.

Havenfield

Havenfield is where Sophie lives. She came there in the first book after living at Everglen for a week. It is where she spends a lot of her time. Either she is snuggling with Iggy or transmitting to Silveny(an alicorn). She tames Silveny in the beginning of the book.

Foxfire

Sophie returns to Foxfire every year. Foxfire is where Sophie, Fitz, Keefe, Biana, Dex, and the rest of Sophie's friends and enemies. They seperate the children in to Level 1s, Level 2s, and so on. In the second book she returns and is a Level 2. She loves Foxfire sometimes and other times she wishes the was a normal elf who no one knew about.

Havenfield's Field

Sophie spends a valid amount here in the pastures of Havenfield. Here she hangs out with friends. She tames Silveny here. She light leeps Silveny aas well. She attempts to fly with Silveny.

I rate this a 5 stars. This book was obviously well through out. It has so many turns. There are cliffhangers every chapter. It is intimidating because of the length but it is a quick read.

The author believes that it is important to know your worth. No one is normal. We are all special in our own way. You should be happy if you are different. Everyone is made different. In order to forgive you have to know that not everyone is the same. You have to realize that without forgiving others life is just a living grudge. We need forgiveness.

Dear Miss Messenger, I am Kylie. I love your books. They are so inspiring. I can tell you put your heart into them. The characters are so very well created. There is a cliffhanger before each chapter. It is intimidating, but once you start it just clicks. I can not wait to watch the movie. Thank you for writing a book series that is long and keeps getting better.
