During the whole book, we see Aza's endless and depressive thoughts that she won't achieve anything in life. She thought that if she had mental illness, she will stay at home with her mom forever and won't get into college. But as the book ends, John Green intrigues us by giving insight into Aza's future life "you don't know that you'd go to college, find a job, make a life, see it unbuilt and rebuilt."  Therefore, we see Aza off to her new life.
