in the last three days, we had a lot of challenges in our project. 
some of these challenges are that the hard disk is broken and we have a lot of data that we need to use in this project on it and we can't take data from this disk fast. 
another thing is that we force to delay our project because of this .

These days we have a lot of challenges at work. Some of those challenges are the un-cleaned  data for the candidates. another thing is the follow-up. We  have a huge data, but we can't communicate with the candidates because we don't have  more than 1 sim card. This causes delays in our project, and lose the fund.

These challenges are represented in the fact that employees in the accounting department suffer because of the change that occurred in the software used in their work, as most of them did not adapt to this change, and this thing causes delays in delivering the information required of them and causes chaos among employees.

Therefore, we suggest that employees be given a crash course on the new programming to learn all its details.
