-Jonas got his assignment, his assignment  is different than the rest which is called the receiver of memory.

-Jonas met the giver. 

2. Jonas was skipped/forgotten but at the end of the ceremony the elder called him up and said that he had a different assignment them the others called the receiver of memory.

3. At the twelve ceremony the kids get a folder that has information in it that tells the rules that the twelves need to memorize. When Jonas was looking at the rules they said things like Do not discuss your training with any other member of the community, do not apply for any medication, and you may lie. 

4. The giver seems awkward/strange Jonas was feeling uncomfortable with the giver but at home in a way.

5. The giver had blue eye when most of the community had brown eyes.

The giver has bad memories and good from different people and obviously people have their own memories

The giver has to have locked doors around his to insure his safety.

Ceremony of 12

Jonas got the Receiver of Memory which is the most important jobs and it is a very rare assignment, also the last receiver failed, and plus he got skipped

Jonas’ training is different because it will hurt more and he is learning about stuff that no one else knows and some rules is he can lie and prohibited from dream telling

The giver is wise and knows what he is doing.

The giver can lie, he is doesn’t dream tell, and doesn’t use medications.

Jonas was skipped over but it was because he had been selected to be the next receiver of memory.

He isn’t allowed to talk to anyone about it or recive medication regarding his training and he is no longer allowed to particapate in dream telling and he is allowed to lie.

He seems like a nice man who is very wise but very old.

The giver is always alone. The giver has an on/off switch on the speaker in his room. The giver keeps his job until it is time to pick a new reciver of memory.

2.Jonas’ ceremony was different because he was skipped and the others were not, also he was elected not assigned.

3.Jonas training is different because he is able to lie and is not able to have medicine,Jonas only got one piece of paper of rules.

4.He is tied and wants to give up and he is not really that old and he has more years to live.

5.The Giver is allowed to ask questions to others and he knows the outside world.The giver grows old quickly.The Giver knows what is going on outside of the dystopia.
