Communication with teachers is going much more smoothly than I thought it would. My school is normally mostly online so the online factor this semester has not affected me much. Teachers are also doing a great job of being flexible and willing to work with us despite certain setbacks.

It can be a nuascene to set up 1-1 meetings with teachers. While communication is good in class, it can be limiting when trying to get personal help. Maybe encourage teachers to set up a streamlined way for students to set up those meetings? This is becoming less and less of a problem as we get comfortable online.

The whole issue with glaring at a screen for so long - perhaps provide breaks?

Lack of participation from virtual students and tech malfunctions for those at home - I'm not sure how this would be resolved

Give students a minute to breathe, less busywork, more work towards the content during class, less homework and more making kids engage with family or healthy activities.

Maybe make the homework more based on healthy activities

Resources for mental health should definitely be more widely available and pushed. As well, practices regarding mental health should be observed in the classroom more often.
Many students I know report being easily distracted; seeking more student interaction could help counteract this, but there may be unintended consequences of that. Also, many students I know report feeling more overwhelmed by work, even though they feel that the workload is similar. The policies, like due dates and late deductions add a lot of unneeded stress.
Language (English and foreign language) classes are a lot more difficult synchronously, mainly because of the microphones and audio quality.

Being thrown into A-synchronous in march with little experience for all parties left a sour taste for eLearning, but I think there has been great improvement.
