Its definitely Man vs. Nature and this was something Taran was NOT prepared for.

I 100% agree with Riley because Taran almost died because of Gurgi and that was a big obstacle. It also delayed the  process and I agree with Mathew. I agree with Sarah because he didn't give up and keep fighting. I disagree with Caroline because that wasn't really a conflict because he kind of new what was going on. I agree with Mollie because he didn't thin he had to go back and he wasn't prepared. I agree with Bethany because he didn't hear a girl cry before and he probably felt bad and he didn't knw how to handle it.  I agree with Greg because he might not be able to get back and he might get captured and that will be a problem. I agree with Franky because he and Elionwy have a lot of problems and they should work it out or it will be a problem overall. This was an example of man vs. nature because water is nature.
I also agree with Riley, because Taran not breathing is kind of a big problem. He could of died.

It was man against nature because water is not man made. I agree with Caroline because he wasn't used to fighting severe battles so he just decided to start fighting because what good what it do if you just stood there? I also agree with Bethany but I also think it could be Man vs self and man vs character because he is fighting  himself with feelings but also interacting with Eilonwy.    I agree with Riley because Taran couldn't see if anyone was hiding there and was not worried about it. he was having a tough time because it said "He could finally breath again kind of hinted to me that Gurgi was choking him.
