In college, I used to read the textbook and take outlined notes by hand. Then I would type up my notes. I would print them out and highlight them using a color-coded system. Another way i study is to read out loud what i am trying to memorize. I'm unable to go to focus, so I take pictures of the notes than I copy them onto to my notebooks I have and try to make them look more fun to read them so I can memorize them well. Turning it into a game or challenging yourself usually works for me. If you want to study like it's a game I recommend quizlet or quizizz.
