         <description><![CDATA[<div>In terms of the concept note, I wonder if the theory/concept of epistemic injustice might be helpful to move away from the instrumental debates around EDI? I've just picked up the Routledge Handbook of Epistemic Injustice that says: As well as fundamental topics such as testimonial and hermeneutic injustice and epistemic trust, the handbook includes chapters on issues such as social and virtue epistemology, objectivity and objectification, implicit bias, and gender and race. Looks promising at first glance and may give us a different kind of language to discuss this topic. I might even be able to find a friendly St Andrews philosopher to join in...</div>]]></description>
