Using a specific checklist created after marking the class books - Achieved (will have a list of statements that can be highlighted by the teacher saying what went well) Actions - select a maximun of 2 actions that the pupils will need to show in their blue pen response. Any Misconceptions and class SPAG errors and a TIF box to challenge the MEA pupils. All pupils will have the same checklist but their individual targets would be specific to them.
