<title>The purpose of a case study is to gather in-depth information and understanding about an individual, a group, or a particular phenomenon or behaviour. This approach involves examining the person or group&#39;s unique characteristics, history, experiences, and circumstances to gain insights into their psychological functioning, mental health, and behaviours. Case studies are used to explore complex, rare, or unusual phenomena that cannot be studied through more traditional research methods, such as experiments or surveys (Dean &amp; Poorvu, 2008). </title>

<title>The background section would consist of the speaker&#39;s personal account in response to the therapist&#39;s questions, utilising their own words. It would not include any directions or observations made by the therapist. The personal account presented in the background section would be free from any labels, such as anxiety, depression, panic disorder, or other clinical terms, in order to avoid attaching preconceived notions or stigmatising language to the individual&#39;s experiences. I recognise the constraints inherent in both spoken and written language, and I would endeavour to work within those limitations by incorporating other modalities as well. Especially in a cross-cultural context, creative arts therapies such as art therapy or music therapy can offer an effective means of nonverbal communication, allowing clients to express their emotions and experiences beyond cultural barriers. This may be particularly beneficial in addition to cultural knowledge, interpreters, and multicultural training.</title>

<title>The objective of the research would not to simply group, label, or categorise individuals, nor would it primarily focused on standardisation. Rather, the goal would be to provide personalised support that helps the client feel better by creating a customised plan that takes into account their cultural background, worldview, values, and other unique factors.</title>

<title>Rather than relying on standardised tests to measure severity, the methodology section will incorporate active and reflective listening along with open-ended questions to gain a deeper understanding of the issue at hand. It would go for a qualitative structure. It wouldn&#39;t measure, compare or contrast. </title>

<title>Mental health professionals must be mindful of the power and potential impact of assessment tools when selecting and administering them. It is also critical to take into account cultural sensitivity and potential biases. Therefore, it is important to interpret assessment results within the context of the individual&#39;s unique circumstances, and to rely on multiple sources of information. Ultimately, the findings should be based solely on the person in question.</title>

<title>Overall, the case study and assessment process is an important part of psychological treatment, as it helps to inform the practitioner&#39;s understanding of the individual&#39;s psychological needs and to guide the development of an effective treatment plan. A case study and assessment should be conducted to collect data on an individual&#39;s present circumstances, symptoms, and functioning. This information could include, presenting problems, personal history, mental health history, cultural backgrounds and relationships. Once the practitoner has gathered this information, they would then present it in a manner that is organised and easy to understand. This can include summarising the client&#39;s presenting problems, discussing any patterns or themes that have emerged. The objective should be to create a personalised treatment plan that caters to the individual&#39;s unique requirements and objectives based on this information. </title>

<title>For my case study, I would refrain from assigning any specific categorisation to the recipe. Instead, I would opt to provide a distinctive and personalised title, such as the name of the individual, thereby ensuring that it holds significance and relevance to them. Thus, I wouldn&#39;t propose the title &quot;Assessment of Anxiety and Depression in a Client with Panic Disorder&quot;. Instead, I would propose &quot;Ilayda&#39;s experiences and reflections&quot; to try to accurately respect the individual&#39;s emotions and thoughts within the limitations of language. By doing that, in my professional work, I aim to avoid creating any biases in the minds of the readers or collaborators. As a result, I would abstain from influencing people&#39;s opinions and thought processes and instead guide them towards their own independent conclusions.</title>
