Nada & Sumood : Our philosophy of education is to build the child’s abilities intellectually, morally, psychologically, and physically. It stresses the importance of positive learning experiences that allow each and every learner to grow and give way to further learning and intellectual development. Educators are only facilitators inside the classroom, and children have the choice to choose their interests. They must pay attention to both internal and external aspects of the experience the child has; they should be responsive to his/her needs and be able to organize a learning environment that maximizes his/her learning.

Our education philosophy emphasizes on learners’ needs as individuals. It is divided into five parts; soul, mind, emotions, social, and body. We believe that learners’ minds should be developed through inquiry, reasoning, and evaluating. For the emotional part, learners should be motivated and passionate about their learning, and they should be taught to understand and express their emotions.

Our educational philosophy is based on ensuring emotional wellbeing and intelligence which is driven by free and critical exploration and self-reflection. The learning environment ensures the stimulation and development of all the senses. Leadership skill building is essential and this is accomplished through social justice discourses, advocacy and everyday practices.

We do all of this through a project based learning pedagogy situated in interactive, experiential engagements with subjects and materials.

Our aim is to contribute to our communities with a well rounded curriculum and students.

Our philosophy is to emphasize the holistic education approach where emotional, physical, intellectual and spiritual aspects are taking into consideration. The Purpose of education shouldn’t only be to receive knowledge and information, but to bring the best out of their personalities, and to help them to have the life skills needed to contribute to the society in the most effective way. Curriculums need to address students’ multiple intelligences and different types of personalities. Teachers have to be well trained on how to support students’ different interests and needs, and to allow for children to develop naturally and express their thoughts without too much constraints.

The aim of education is to find the equilibrium between cognitive, social and moral capacities. We believe Education is about practicing freedom of inquiry. Education is not only vocational, it is more comprehensive and holistic, in fact it creates a compass for a well-balanced life.

We believe that knowledge is acquired through senses, free-thinking, self-reflection, questioning, interpreting, holding verbal and non-verbal communication.

We also believe that the learning process take different shapes according to the learners’ age level.

Pedagogy:
-learning is triggered by the senses, right exposure to the environment along with a well-structured educational space
-Student-centered approach
- Blended learning using technology which facilitates learning and save time to interaction and discussions
- Teacher’s role should practice an on-going reflection during and after the class and be always open to different perspectives

Our philosophy of education highlights the idea of providing the space for learning through guiding students (with some structure) to form their own opinions and ideas on matters by experiencing and doing in class what can give them more perspective on lively matters. This environment will encourage them to develop 'learning' as a life-habit instead of something restricted to schooling. This happens through reflection of their own as well as other people's experiences, through experiential learning. Learning should enhance the students' emotional, physical, moral and intellectual abilities.
