SketchUp Scenarios:
1) College is expensive unless you get a scholarships and most young adults are not that lucky so to help those people out every state builds a college just in the price range for people who didn't get a scholarship but are determined to go to college.
2) The mayor of Deland hired two construction companies to build another high school so the students can be split in half. Deland High is packed with students from all private schools, Southwestern Middle, and Deland Middle.
3) There are a lot of homeless animals in the world so Deland decided to partner up with foster homes that are normally for orphan children and agreed that some foster home would take in orphan kids and animals. This will help get more children and animals homes.
4) The city of Deland decided to build a homeless shelter for people who were released from rehabilitation centers and don't have anywhere to go but the streets and most likely become an addict again.
