This city is very important because of your tourism. Almost all young people that watch TV, movies and series, already have seen or have a desire to know NYC. There are many things to do, like to visit museums, theathers, the attractions too, like the Statue of Liberty and World Trade Center Memorian, for instance.

Have too the food there is a little bit different from Brazil. In New York, they have a custom to eat bacon and eggs in the morning, which is totally unhealthy, so much so that the population is considered the most willing to have heart diseases aroud the world. But one thing we can’t deny: that food looks very delicious, not to eat every day, but in tourist times it must be awesome to eat.

The places, like restaurants, museums, theathers and clubs have a price. This city is the most expensive if you think about living there some days. The cost of living in New York, prepare your pocket, because it is not easy. The some apartaments costs more than U$2800, like a more than R$15 000 in Brazil.

The city is open 24/7 but the attractions close at the end of the day. Although the clubs, restaurants and some places of the city stay open. That is a different place to who likes it. If you research very well, you will find a lot of different places to know.

One day I have to go there and I hope that soon. But anyway, this is New York City, the city never sleeps. Good travel and enjoyd it!

THE MANDELA HOUSE MUSEUM - Rebeca

The Mandela House Museum is one of the most famous places in South Africa. The museum is in Johannesburg city and was built in 1945. This was the house where Nelson Mandela lived with his family, and still an important place to remember the journey of this important leader of the black movement.

In 2008, the house was restored to maintain heritage preservation and conservation and was re-opened to visitors in March 2009. To visit the Mandela House Museum is a great experience for everyone who wants to learn about the life and history of Mandela. The house has objects, photographs, awards, furniture, and documents that tell the story of the South African leader.

Tourists, schools, and researchers visit the museum all year. However, due to Covid-19, the place allows just ten people for each visit, and the visitors have to book online. The tour lasts approximately 20 minutes. Therefore, the tourist can also enjoy other interesting places around the city. In addition to the Mandela House, Johannesburg is a city with many historical places, for example, Constitution Hill, the Apartheid Museum, and Nelson Mandela Square.

The story sometimes tends to hide the life, the struggles, and the achievements of the black people. So the Mandela House Museum is an important place to keep alive everything this leader accomplished and teach the new generations about what happened in the past.

The Teaching Museum of Anatomy of the State University of Londrina is a very interesting place to visit at university. Situated in the Anatomy Department in Biological Science Center in the campus, it began in 1962, created by Professor Carlos da Costa Branco. He was a teacher of State Faculty of Dentistry (FEOL) and he donated a small collection of animal skulls and dental macrosculpture in wax, made by the first Anatomy class of the Dentistry course.

Over time, the collection grew with donations from people and institutions. You can see anatomic parts of human and animals and synthetic models. Some of this parts and models can be touched by the visitors.

The Museum was visited by thousands of people during the year before the pandemic, with a significant number of elementary and high school students, accompanied by their teachers, who, in addition to visiting the Museum, also participate in an exhibition supervised by servers and monitors of the Department of Anatomy. In 2019, group visits were scheduled and the appointment was made by calling (43) 3371-4317. On Tuesdays, the museum receives morning and afternoon visits; on Wednesdays, in the morning, afternoon and evening and on Thursday, in the afternoon and evening. Individual visits didn’t need to be scheduled.

It is essential to emphasize the Museum's role as an educational agent, as well as a guardian of human and animal remains.

The pyramids of Egypt are in fact large tombs built over thousand of years, the construction began in the old empire and lasted until the 4th century A.D. They were meant to house the bodies of pharaohs who were considered deities of the time.
Today it is a well-known and very coveted tourist spot as well as one of the most famous postcards in the world, this is because of the unique architecture that, along with the statues around it, attracts the attention of thousands of tourists every year.
Although famous, the visit to the pyramids can be relatively cheap compared to other places in the world, that’s because the value of accommodations can be cheap as around 10 dollars a night. The biggest expenses are with air tickets that vary between 1,000 and 4,000 dollars in addition to tours with tourist guides.
The typical foods of the region are not so strange to us Brazilians, the Egyptians like chicken, lamb, breads and Arabic creams, cafta, as well as beans such as chickpeas and lentils that are even eaten for breakfast. One curiosity is that in Egypt, the dates are considered ''sacred' and are widely consumed by pregnant women, besides believing that tourists who eat dates on their trip will return to the country in the future.
