For example, I think that in my country, Spain, there are many formed STEM students applying for a job. They finally have to work out of Spain.
2) I suppose we are starting to have a demographic crisis and we can't find enough motivated STEM students to fit the market's need.
3) Likely the jobs are too specific for the graduate student's skills.
