For example, I think that in my country, Spain, there are many formed STEM students applying for a job. They finally have to work out of Spain.<br>2) I suppose we are starting to have a demographic crisis and we can't find enough motivated STEM students to fit the market's need.<br>3) Likely the jobs are too specific for the graduate student's skills.<br><br></div>]]></description>

Well, there are some differences, but the main purpose it is the same, to achive knowledge through a project to solve a real need. As far as I know this has improved in recent years, going to almost 35% in 2012.
