I am looking to find resources for the History of Math to replace my textbook. Thus far, I have not found any Open Source resources on History of Math. If there is not any, are there opportunities to create our own textbook?

Does the final review of materials have to occur before the material can be used in the courses? For example, if part of the project is complete before Fall semester courses begin can the materials be used and students be surveyed for the CA-ROTEL grant?

This may be a silly question, but do assignments (such as papers, presentations, etc.) count as "ancillary materials"? They don't appear on the list in the presentation, but they are a type of assessment, especially for classes that don't typically rely on quizzes or exams.
