         <description><![CDATA[<div>Our 1st classroom was Ms. P class. Students had a daily bellringer worksheet, then Ms. P had technology going on with a powerpoint through the tool (Nearpod). Students were engaged and taking cornell notes on the lesson. Great tool for classroom management. <br><br>Our 2nd classroom was Mrs. Martins Earth and Environmental class. Students were engaged with their laptops. Mrs. Martin had the students on a timer reviewing terms on Quizlet and were going to do QuizletLive after the review. Some students were working individually, in pairs and in small groups. The review is to prepare students for their upcoming EOC.&nbsp;<br><br>-Coach Watson&nbsp;</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>In both classes today, students were engaged and learning.&nbsp; Mr. Massey was using a recorded broadcast to show the highlights (some not so high!) of the 80s, and Ms. Reynolds class was studying for their vocabulary test.&nbsp; All students were attentive and actively engaged.<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <title>It is always beneficial to see our students in other classrooms.  Before today, I had no idea what goes on in Firefighting class, but now I know and I&#39;m proud to know. The skills they are learning in our CTE classes are practical and invaluable. As promised, one of my students reported in at the end of the day to let me know who had the best time for the training exercise. </title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>With the two classes that I saw, I saw Mrsl Galloway using hands-on type teaching where the kids had to go into complete darkness and turn something on, which was giving the kids a real life experience for the job of fire fighting, and with Mr. Massey, he was review and going over materials by showing a film and having the students follow along by answering a question type worksheet. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>In the classrooms I observed today I saw great review skills and a lot of student engagement - which is difficult at times because students can get bored seeing things they have already seen and learned. The classrooms were filled with great, positive, exciting energy. Teachers were asking wonderful probing questions of their students which lead to great answers and debates! (I observed during 4th block on a Friday, it was awesome seeing so much energy at the end of a long week! Way to teachers, y'all are awesome!!!) </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I observed the firefighting class where a student readily let me know what they were doing, how they were preparing to do it, and what was expected. It was a thorough exercise involving the use of gas and equipment in a dark room. This involved the students applying factual&nbsp; information learned - to an experiential one.&nbsp;<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I saw technology being used for test review. Mr. Crane does an awesome job with his students. A lot of questions were being answered and the students looked really intent on the topic at hand. Many times during review, my own students will lose focus on what we are doing and try to talk to their friends or ignore what is going on. Mr. Crane has a good command of his classroom.<br><br></div>]]></description>
