The transport that use is transmilenio to go to my work, when i go to the university i take Sitp and this is very slow. 

The advantages are the transmilenio is very fast and my disadvantagesis low payment, also there is a lot of traffic jam.
In the future i will buy ca, now the transport is a little nice but necessary.

In the city the traffic car should be complete and the truck should work on the night, but reduce traffic car all today long. The presenter Laura Vanderkam speaks in her presentation about the control of her time, being a writer people assume two things, the first that always this time and the second is that they have tricks to save time, a trick is to record the TV programs to save the time of the commercials, however this time is not enough for an exercise routine for example. In a study that I do with extremely busy women, a follow-up was carried out while they worked and slept to get conclusions, a relevant case that identifies is a situation outside every day, a person in his study damaged the heater and must give solution to this situation as soon as possible, and in the time elapsed to repair the damage, calculates that she need seven hours to repair the damage, time to organize and solve; Now if I had to take out the 7 hours for an exercise routine I would not do it, because it is not a priority, what I can see is that time is elastic, you cannot gain more time, but you can arrange to organize it according to our choices.
 
     Time is a choice, what is decided to do at a certain time is a priority and not lack of time; This means that we must identify our priorities and propose strategies, one of them is to perform a performance evaluation of the following year now, ask ourselves where we deserve to be, another is to make a list of short-term goals, weekly assess what we can do to reach where we want to go, in conclusion it is about focusing on what matters and giving priority to organize time and build the life we want with the time we have.
 
     The presenter Laura transmits confidence and credibility, has a sense of humor that she dominates with the ironies of life, she expresses in detail and briefly her research, emphasizing the conclusive data; her improvements are evident in the pauses she makes when she gives a main idea in her speech, clearly she allows the audience to assimilate the main ideas.
 
     In my opinion the topic is relevant for all people; at present the control of our own time is very important to achieve all our tasks and goals, the strategies that are useful to control our time properly. I chose this video because it is useful to manage my time properly, because my time is limited between study and work, so the strategies I received are useful to control my free time and optimize my resources to reach my goals.
