-Called the ambulance and sent the victim to NUH (prompt intervention)

-Did not detect earlier signs of bullying (if any)

Further improvement for each appropriate method used
-Teacher should have called for reinforcement (form teacher, discipline comm members) to bring the aggressor to the GO 
-Stop the bleeding

(Every teacher a first aid teacher, if budget is not a constraint, an ambulance in each school)
- Aggressor sent to GO immediately
(Emergency button in each classroom, fine for misuse)
- Victim's parents were informed at 1pm (incident happened around noon)
(Both aggressor's and victim's parents should be informed earlier)
