Complacency: we think we are really good at this but perhaps we are not. Ignorance about community’s attitudes and beliefs regarding inclusion. Staff knowledge and understanding about specific needs of students. Terminology around diversity can be paralysing for many of us. Families not seeing it as a school matter it is a private matter. Parental control is then the barrier.
Brave enough to have the hard conversations. 
RE has fallen off the national curriculum - worried about push back.
